Find a co-founder in Hyderabad

Hyderabad has deep enterprise tech and life sciences talent, and many of the people you'd want as a co-founder are senior engineers or scientists in stable roles at large companies. The search is less about finding them and more about finding the ones who are ready to leave.

That's a conversation that needs trust on both sides. Nobody wants word getting back to their employer that they're looking.

Tell Cleya what you're building and the kind of partner you need: skills, stage, and how you'd split the work. She looks for someone who fits and tells you the reason it's a fit. Nothing is shared until both of you say yes, and if either side says "maybe later", nothing is shared at all.

Introductions come a few at a time, and Cleya never emails your contacts or posts for you. We can't promise a co-founder in Hyderabad — who has applied from any one city changes over time — so you'll only hear about someone when there's a genuine reason to meet.
